This page summarizes our approach in plain language. It is not a substitute for our full terms, which we'll publish before general availability.
The waitlist
If you join our waitlist, we store your email address and, optionally, which page you signed up from. By default, we use it only to email you when your beta access is ready. If you check the "occasional updates" box, we'll also send you product news, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell or share your email with third parties.
Gmail access, in the product
When you use Good, Next, Gmail access is explicit, read-only, and scoped to a bounded 90-day window for the goal you've connected it to. Your Google tokens are encrypted at rest and are never returned to the app. Only trusted backend functions use them to read your mail on your behalf.
Your control
You can disconnect a connected account and delete previously imported data from inside the app at any time. Deleting your account removes your goal, recommendation, and connection data.
